Delicious!... but could stand to be 2-3 times hotter

For spicy nuts these are a real treat and I absolutely love 'em, but for something labelled Hot Habanero Chile Pepper Nuts, they don't quite hit that hot habanero spot. A handful of these will certainly leave some nice heat in your mouth, but they're not hot enough to force you to eat 'em one at a time and savour the flavour. I'd prefer 'em 2-3 times as hot as they currently are. Sprinkling some habanero powder in the can and shaking helps some, but that ends up being an uneven coating, which makes for some extra excitement when you get more heavily coated one.

If you like him hot, this is the one to get! I bought some to share at work and everyone loves them. Not only are they very hot, but it's a good tasting hot! I highly recommend them!

Visit my parents yearly and never fail to make a trip to the store in Williamsburg. The Hot Southern Nuts used to be my favorite...and they are still great. But these...these are something else. A hint of sweet and hot. Love em!

Bought a tin of the Hot Habanero Chile Pepper Nuts at The Jerky Store in Gatlinburg after trying a sample. Brought them to work and they lasted one day. The guys love them. They want me to check on a case price! They are hot but have a really good favor...not just hot to be hot.
